Quels facteurs animent ce marché

Oat futures track the price of feed and milling-grade oats, a grain used in animal feed, breakfast cereals, and increasingly in plant-based food products such as oat milk. Canada is the world's largest oat exporter, with the United States, Russia, and Finland also significant producers. Prices are influenced by planted acreage, crop weather in North America and Northern Europe, competition from other feed grains, and shifts in consumer food trends. The contract is quoted in U.S. cents per bushel on the CME Group's CBOT exchange.
